Bulgogi Ground Beef

This is another simple, yet so delicious dish to make for dinner. I sometimes like to make my sate sauce on the side to drizzle on top, to add some extra heat to my meal. Bulgogi is traditionally made with thin slices of sirloin, brisket, or rib-eye. This ground beef version was adapted when we started receiving a lot of ground beef, and I was trying to think of different ways to enjoy it. I love the fresh string beans that add refreshing taste to the dish. It's one of my favorite go-to meals for when I want to make a healthy, wholesome meal for the family and am short on time.
