Method
- Lightly fry garlic and ginger in a large oiled skillet until fragrant.
- Stir in beef and cook on medium high heat. Add the salt and pepper as you cook and brown the meat.
- Add in hoisin sauce (or brown sugar and soy sauce), and mix until evenly distributing.
- Turn off heat and mix in the sesame oil.
- Best eaten with a nice steamy bowl of rice. Spoon the bulgogi ground beef over rice, then top with sesame seeds and chopped string beans,
